We develop synodal skills through synodal practices, learning to engage in listening and dialogue together. “Communities of Practice” are gatherings– in person or online– where participants commit to a limited number of sessions to engage together around a particular topic or issues, especially those highlighted in the final document from the Synod on Synodality of 2024.
